1. Reservations & Booking
• All reservations are subject to availability
• Weekly and monthly rates are charged in advance
• A one-time non-refundable first-week fee may apply, as disclosed at booking
• Rates, promotions, and specials are subject to change without notice
2. Payment Policy
• Valid payment is required to confirm a reservation
• Weekly and monthly stays must be paid in full prior to check-in
• Nightly rates apply only where offered and confirmed
• We do not accept partial payments for extended stays
3. Cancellations & Refunds
• All fees disclosed as non-refundable are strictly non-refundable
• Early departures do not qualify for refunds or credits
• Failure to check in on the scheduled date may result in cancellation without refund
4. Check-In & Check-Out
• Guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in
• Check-in and check-out times are provided at booking
• Late check-outs may result in additional charges
5. Occupancy & Use of Rooms
• Rooms are intended for registered guests only
• Maximum occupancy limits must be observed
• Rooms may not be used for illegal activities or commercial purposes
• Quiet hours must be respected to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests
6. Property Rules & Conduct
• Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of their room
• Damage to rooms or property may result in additional charges
• Smoking is prohibited in rooms unless otherwise designated
• Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or violations of hotel policies may result in removal without refund
7. Pet Policy

• Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking

8. Housekeeping & Maintenance
